INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTION
Rigid pavements • Median and crash barriers • Parking and loading yards • Kerbs, drains and culverts
ENGINEERING NOTE
Application must follow the project design, relevant IRC guidance and approval of the engineer in charge.

IN PRACTICE
Rigid pavements fail early when steel mesh corrodes through joint cracks and moisture ingress. GFRP mesh and dowels eliminate the corrosion path entirely, so the slab reaches its full fatigue design life even under heavy axle loads.
Because GFRP is 4x lighter, mesh panels are placed by hand without cranes — accelerating paving cycles on live carriageways and rural road programmes alike.
Where it’s used
Rigid pavements & white-topping
Continuous GFRP mesh in PQC slabs
Median barriers & crash barriers
No spalling from de-icing salts or moisture
Parking areas & toll plazas
High abrasion zones with heavy wheel loads
Kerbs, drains & paver support
Small-diameter coils cut on site, zero waste
30%
lower reinforcement cost per km
Zero
corrosion-induced joint failures
2x
faster mesh placement, no crane
